Internship
IntaBina provides hands-on internship to ensure all interns who join will take away invaluable practical experiences in their respective fields of learning; such as civil engineering, quantity surveying, safety and health practices as well as administration programs. IntaBina opens internship trainings for those undergoing the diploma as well as the degree programs. The period of internship training will depend on the requirement from their respective institutions, colleges or universities.
All interns will be assigned to the departments or project sites relevant to the program or course that interns are undergoing and they will be under the supervisor’s guidance to ensure they optimise their learning within the stipulated internship period. At the end of the internship, interns will be required to illustrate and report their learnings and experiences to management; thereby an assessment will be conducted to reveal their level of understanding. Normally, these assessment will be forwarded to their institutions, colleges or universities to complete the process of internship with IntaBina.
IntaBina is constantly recruiting interns and to train them well so as to pave an opportunity for fresh graduates to embark a fruitful career. Keeping in line with the normal practice, interns will be paid a small allowance which is comparable with market rate.
